बॉलीवुड सुपरस्टार शाहरुख खान ने कहा कि वह भारत को फिल्म और एंटरटेनमेंट का इंटरनेशनल सेंटर बनाने के मकसद से शुरू की गई प्रधानमंत्री मोदी की पहल ‘वेव्स शिखर सम्मेलन 2025’ को लेकर एक्साइटेड हैं। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने रविवार को ‘मन की बात’ में कहा कि भारत पांच फरवरी से नौ फरवरी के बीच पहली बार ‘वर्ल्ड ऑडियो विजुअल एंटरटेनमेंट समिट’ (वेव्स) की मेजबानी करेगा।

शाहरुख ने पोस्ट में लिखा, “मैं हमारे देश में आयोजित होने जा रहे फिल्म और मनोरंजन विश्व शिखर सम्मेलन-वेव्स का बहुत उत्सुकता से इंतजार कर रहा हूं।” उन्होंने लिखा, “यह पहल भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था में हमारी इंडस्ट्री की भूमिका के साथ-साथ एक ‘सॉफ्ट पावर’ के रूप में इसकी ताकत को स्वीकार करती है… और सबसे बढ़कर, यह एक ऐसी पहल है जो क्रिएटिविटी को बढ़ावा देती है।”
